With the realistic 3D configurator on our site, you can select the helmet precisely before placing your order. Since these are custom-made items, they are excluded from the regular return policy.

The Restart Service: A Long-Term Commitment

Because safety does not end with the purchase, Samshield is the only brand worldwide that offers an after-sales service that allows for the inspection and testing of the helmet for further use.

Upon impact, the structure of the helmet absorbs the impact energy to protect the rider's head. However, once an impact has been absorbed, the inner shell with variable density does not return to its original shape. Therefore, it is important to have it checked after every fall. The Restart Service allows for the full protection of the helmet to be restored without having to buy a new one.

This exclusive service, available for up to five years after purchase, extends the performance of the helmet and ensures consistent protection over time.

In 2023, Samshield conducted a facelift on its proven riding helmets, optimizing several details. This includes the strapping inside the hard shell. A six-point ventilation system has been introduced, significantly improving airflow compared to the previous model. Also new is the semi-rigid, integrated chin strap, which ensures a better fit and increased comfort, reducing the risk of shifting the riding helmet in the event of a fall.

The 2.0 meets the highest current safety standards. Both lines of Samshield helmets comply with international safety standards. The helmet models 1.0 met the CE VG1 01.040 2014-12 and SEI ASTM F1163-15 standards. The new 2.0 line expands on these standards and features the current CE EN1384-17 and the latest ASTM/SEI 2023 certificates. This offers an even higher level of protection, especially in relation to new standards for rider safety.
