Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

Withdrawal Information
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Traumpferd SK, Mathilde-Vaerting-Str. 10, 49809 Lingen (Ems), telephone number +49 (591) 901 294 77, email: info@traumpferd-sk.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back in full and in their original condition (unopened).
You must return the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

General Information

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.

3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

4) Furthermore, the customer has no right of withdrawal for contracts for the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for which the production is significantly determined by an individual choice or specification by the consumer or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
