Returns & Exchanges

If a non-personalized or not specially made product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within the 14-day return policy. Please include our return form with your order number, name, and reason for the return so that we can process it internally.

Promotional items: If you received a promotional item with your order, it must also be returned along with the goods being returned. Otherwise, Traumpferd is entitled to charge you for it in full.
